Weather
The average temperature in February in Dresden is around -2°C (+28°F) and +4°C (+39°F). But one should be prepared for temperatures around -20°C (-4°F) at night and -10°C (14°F) at daytime. The worst weather would be snow slowly melting at temperatures around 0°C (32°F) with rain or snow and black ice in the early hours. But there also could be the sun shining at mild 10°C (50°F). To average there a nine rainy days in February in Dresden. The sun rises at 7:27 to 7:18 from February 8th to 13th 2013 in Dresden. The sunset will be between 17:11 and 17:19. So we will have concise 10 hours of daylight. On February 10th 2013 will be new moon. Travel I advise you to take comfortable and watertight boots on the journey. You should not arrive or leave Dresden at February 13th. Dresden has its own airport which is really nearby (in the north). If you plan to travel per train check http://bahn.de. But maybe your travel agency can arrange a better price. Assuming a modest but gracious lifestyle one should calculate 60 euro per day and person for eating. Leaflet distribution There are about 524,000 inhabitants in Dresden. This number depends on what you consider to be Dresden. In the core there are less inhabitants but in the surroundings there are way more. Roughly 1.8 inahbitants share one home as there are 287,000 households in Dresden. Officially 4.2% of the inhabitants are foreigners but I guess one should double this figure to get closer to the truth. This means about 264,000 households in Dresden are waiting for our propaganda. If we assume that one could distribute a leaflet in 15 seconds in an urban area, one person could distribute around 2,000 leaflets in a day (8 hours work). I'm working on a two sided leaflet weigthing 3 gramms. This means I could order 10,000 copies and get them stored at a Packstation by DHL. This order would cost 80 euro. 30 kg (66 pounds) in paper is more than you may think. This would fill two backpacks or a huge carryall. I assume this would pe a parcel containing three cartons like a shoe box. For failure safety several people should register for the Packstation. ---------- Post added at 01:12 pm ---------- Previous post was at 11:53 am ---------- Maybe we should not discuss openly who is visiting Dresden and when and where. To calculate the appropriate printing orders I should be informed in advance. This of course applies only if you like my proposal and trust me enough. The exciting event will be Trauermarsch at February 13th 2013. Maybe there will be again two Trauermarschs like in 2012 but February 13th is the historical date. The city will be in a state of emergency. In this electric atmosphere one can easily join discussions on the streets and in the shops – if you speak German well. If you don't you can only distribute leaflets. The easiest and safest way is to put them into the mailboxes. This is legal in the EU. I suggest to do this before the Trauermarsch. You should study the map and aerial photography of Dresden beforehand. Everybody should have a map (in paper) with him and a GPS device (Garmin devices can use this OSM-map). I suggest this city map for pedestrians. You may want to use the public transport (the motto of the Verkehrsverbund Oberelbe is “One timetable – one ticket – one fare”).

I hope I can make it, though. I am trying to save up money and see if I can spend that on a plane ticket and paper to make pamphlets. I am going to collect at my college and tell them I'm collecting for "Holocaust WWII victims". Well, it's true!

Found a map with shading.
There are officially 4.1 % foreigners in Dresden and 3.1 % Germans with an immigrant background (almost everyone of them isn't German). So there really live 37,000 foreigners in Dresden. I received a booklet named Stadt-Atlas Dresden which provides maps showing the average age and households with children under 18 going by neighbourhoods. This is useful for our purpose. I couldn't find it online. Quote
Only if they read the memory of your GPS device. It's not a sender. But they do track all cellphones in Dresden during the Trauermarsch.

In the EU there is no law against using the mailboxes. You have to have a proper imprint and the content of the leaflet must not infringe any law (libel, hate speech and the use of symbols of so-called unconstitutional organisations). Since this leaflet isn't advertising we don't need to consider the anti-advertising stickers on mailboxes. So it's hard to get us legally but it may take the police a few hours to figure this out. Surely they will make note of every person and they may steal the leaflets we are carrying. If you aren't an EU citizen this shouldn't mean much to you. If you are, you are better not working in the civil service. If one wants to avoid trouble when distibuting leaflets, you should use the early hours of the day.

Despite my "hell or high water" comments, due to recent events, I might not make it to Dresden this time around. As some of you know, I am no longer living in Utah (my home the past 5 years) and find myself in limbo, mostly due to my current financial situation (hey, cry me a river, right?). So as it turns out, I just don't have the money for this trip right now. I'm owed quite a bit, and if I collect on it on time I will still make my way to Dresden, but that's in doubt as of right now. Just a heads up.

it is a grand idea and what will never happen is that we ever give up hope of returning to our european homelands. i had to let you know first and then alert our friends at this site in that order. the tragic events surrounding february 13th (then and now) will forever be etched in my memory and will live as a battle cry. who the fuck in their right mind would ever vilify those who wish to mourn their dead? our enemy is insanely consumed by hatred of us. a very dangerous combination we must never forget ---------- Post added at 03:34 pm ---------- Previous post was at 03:16 pm ---------- thank you again, alex, for your insight into the climate (both weather and of the peoples attitudes) in your homeland. and thank you all for the information shared in this thread. i really did learn so much. Dresden is a sick reminder of what our enemy wants to do to us again. we must fight the jew parasite to the bloody end, there is no other option.
